Emotional Basket case CH 1 (Matthias Lee)

I feel that when we are depressed,we should talk to teachers,parents or close friends as they are people who are close to you and trustable.We should not bottle up our feelings and should share the burden or the joy with these people.Going out with our friends can help us de-stress and feel more relaxed.

  1. You shared good suggestions to help cope with depression. Being able to open up to someone you can trust is important and having friends to do things together also helps. I think that it is also important you also become a trusted friend yourself. If you are a dependable friend, it is likely your friends will reciprocate as well.
