1)I feel that taking things easy are necessary at times when you are disappointed as it allows you to cool down and reflect what we did wrongly.We would be able to learn from our mistakes and do better next time.Making ourselves feel good should be done frequently as it raises our morale allow us to do our best.
2)Looking at difficult situations with a positive mind is helpful as we will be able to do difficult jobs or work happily or without any hesitation.A healthy person is a positive person as it encourages not only him/herself but also the people around him/her.
3)Our disappointed feelings should be forgotten as the past can take care of itself,but we have to prepare the future.So,we should put our mistakes behind us and use the lesson learnt from it in the future.
4)We should share our burden with people or things around us like a diary,a teacher,parents or even your close friends.We should always share our joy and burden as it will help us to get though life together,thus creating a healthy relationship.
5)We should be grateful to the wonderful little things people do in our life.This helps us in our daily life as it causes people to feel better even when they had a bad day.So giving people treats or helping them can be done anytime and anywhere.
