Hurting Myself (Ronak)

How comfortable are you with yourself & how do ensure you do not hurt yourself?

I am very comfortable with myself right now and hope to be later on in future also. If I have any concerns and troubles, I ask or tell someone so that person can help me and the problem gets solved very easily and quickly. When I am in pressure, I blow a few times to cool down my anger and calm myself down.

    Your method of keeping sure you don't ever hurt yourself sounds okay to me although I don't really know what 'blow a few times to cool down my anger' means. Do you actually do some sort of breathing exercise or you mean you blow like a volcano and scream your lungs out? You have to be clearer because such phrases are ambiguous.

    About your writing: You need to expand your ideas and 'flesh' them out. You have provided a summary of the answer. What you need to do is to fill up the skeleton with fleshy information.

    For example. You said you are comfortable with yourself right now. You could expand it by saying what it is or what the things are that make you feel this way. Could it be the fact that you are self-actualized, that is accept how you look, how you are different and unique from others in your interests, choices of music, food, language you use, etc? Are you also comfortable with yourself because you have a good family support system with friends that affirm your beliefs and behaviour?

    I hope that by the next few blogs, you will start expanding your ideas better so that you end up with fuller answers.
